Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 Patna Leg Round-Up: Jaipur Pink Panthers Become First Team to Qualify for Playoffs

Jaipur Pink Panthers became the first team to qualify for the Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 Playoffs after defeating Tamil Thalaivas 42-27 in Patna on Wednesday. The Panthers finished the Patna leg at the top of the table with 71 points in 17 matches. Meanwhile, the Puneri Paltan and Dabang Delhi K.C. are at the second and third place with 68 and 59 points respectively.

Parteek Dahiya put up a brilliant performance against U Mumba through 11 raid points. He scored a total of 17 raid points during the Patna leg.

Krishan (Patna Pirates)

Krishan emerged as the best defender during the Patna leg. He scored a whopping 13 tackle points in three matches.

Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh (Puneri Paltan)

Shadloui has been the rock in the Puneri Paltan defence unit. He scored a total of 8 tackle points in two matches.

Gaurav Khatri (Puneri Paltan)

Gaurav Khatri supported Shadloui well in the defence unit during the Patna leg. He scored a total 7 tackle points in Week 9 of PKL Season 10.

Patna Pirates made a stunning comeback and nearly scripted a fantastic win, but fell short at the very last raid as they played out a 32-32 tie with Puneri Paltan in the Pro Kabaddi League match at the Patliputra Indoor Stadium in Patna on Saturday. Puneri Paltan skipper Aslam Inamdar (13 points), Patna Pirates captain Sachin (9 raid points) and Mayur Kadam (5 tackle points) were the key performers of the match.

Jaipur Pink Panthers tied 28-28 with Bengaluru Bulls (Match 93)

Bengaluru Bulls produced a sensational comeback to level the scores in the very last raid of the match and secure a 28-28 tie with Jaipur Pink Panthers in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 match at the Patliputra Indoor Stadium in Patna on Sunday. Bengaluru Bulls’ Ran Singh and Monu were the star players of the game with 5 tackle points each. Though Jaipur Pink Panthers did not seal the win, they achieved a slice of history as they extended their unbeaten run to a record 12 games.

Haryana Steelers Beat Bengal Warriors 41-36 (Match 95)

Haryana Steelers took the lead at 24-22 lead within four minutes of the second half. They did well to maintain their lead as Siddharth brought up his Super 10 with a classy multi-point raid and that was followed by a 2-pointer from Shivam. The Haryana Steelers were unstoppable thereon as a flurry of tackles and clever raids saw them inflict a second ALL OUT in the 33rd minute. The side from Haryana led by 8 points at 37-29 with 7 minutes to go. Bengal Warriors made a late surge and Maninder did well to claim a Super 10 and reduce the opposition to 2 defenders, but it was too little too late as Haryana Steelers did the double over the Bengal Warriors.
